How can I start the process?

Simple. Submit an inquiry by going to the Contact page or shoot us an email at From there, we will get back with you via email within 24 hours. We will then set up a time to speak with you to assess your brand's needs and move on from there.

Who does this business assist?

We understand everyone is not our client, and that's okay. We typically help those that are in ministry, start up businesses, entreprenuers, bloggers and the like. Don't feel bad if we didn't list your industy. We are still more than willing to assist you too!

What is the turnaround time?

We typically tell our clients the turnaround time is 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind we try our best to not act like robots and live our lives on the weekend. Also, keep in mind how soon clients get back to us plays a big part. We can't do our job without you. Websites vary, depending on how soon the client can provide their copy and pictures.

How are payments accepted?

We only accept payment via Paypal invoices that are sent to our client's emails. Please do not send money to our Paypal account--we will send you an itemized invoice. This allows payment with a debit or credit card. All payments are made in US dollars only.

Do you offer payment plans?

We do, in fact, only for projects over $150. Projects under $150, the total amount is due up front before any work begins. For projects over $150, 50% is due before any work begins and the final 50% is due at the completion of the project. No files will be given to the client until the final payment has been made. If you need a customized payment plan, please contact us and we will see how we can accomodate you.

Is professional photography required?

Uh, YEA. We reserve the right to decline a project if professional photos are not provided. We highly recommend using professional pictures, as they enhance the quality of the graphics and websites we design. Selfie photos will be turned down immediately. For those investing in web design projects, if you don't have professional photos, you can always purchase stock photos and send them to us for use.

What files do I get for my project?

For flyers, clients will receive it in a PNG format unless specified for JPEG. For logos, clients will receive it in PNG, JPEG, PDF and TIFF. Each one of these formats will come in black, white and color. Raw files are available (editable files--PSD/AI). Raw files can be used to update your logo later on in the future alone or with a future graphic designer. Each raw file is $250.

What if I don't want to finish the project?

You reserve the right to cancel your project. Please understand that in our client's contracts, we state that there are NO REFUNDS under any circumstances. Also, if a client decides to cancel in the middle of a project, they are also responsible for a 10% kill fee. This is 10% of the total cost.

What should I submit in order to begin?

Clients are responsible for sending us all pictures and text for websites, flyers, etc. We are not responsible for coming up with text copy nor finding pictures.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Absolutely. Our clients are required to sign a contract in order to work with us. Our contract is standard and just gives us the right to design for you. Our contracts hold us accountable to ensure we provide the work requested, and it also holds our clients accountable. Scared you'll be stuck in a contract with us? Don't be. Our contract doesn't mark us as your graphic designers forever. If you would like to explore other options, feel free to do so, (but we'd like to keep you as a client)! All contracts are kept on file for up for a year. After a year, we delete the contracts and they are to be resigned when the client wishes to move forward with another project.
