3-5 business days. (Monday- Friday) depending on the workload. This is subject to change at any time.


For Web Design and Custom Branding Packages:


For web design and special customized branding packages, please allow a minimum of 4 - 6 weeks for design layout!

A meeting or Conference call will be mandatory for the completion for this process!


Rush Orders:

**For All Rush Orders an additional $20 fee is required**


Payment Policy:

Payment is required before the start of all projects, no exceptions. All Clients will receive an itemized invoice sent to their emails sent through PayPal. Upon payment of the invoice, the Client will have had to have read and signed the contract sent before hand.


Please note that we only accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Checks are not accepted .


Projects over $200 can be split into 2 payments! Each payment will be invoiced via PayPal once all information is received pertaining to the project! All Deposits are non-refundable.


Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed it can be canceled, and a kill fee of 10% of the entire project will be due. Once cancelled, we can NOT issue a refund.
